www.focus-apartment.com is a company in Beijing leader in short term rentals, advertising apartments all over the world with over tens of thousands of page views per week from potential overseas apartment renters.
Working with us represents the commission from the owner. The rent amount is paid directly to the owner/contact person while checking-in or in advance if needed. There is commission financial transaction or money transfer between the owner and focus-apartment.com after the client check-in. The reservations will be made on-line through our public page and confirm the availabilities with the owner before secure the booking.
The apartment’s owner/manager can meanwhile work with other agencies, receiving reservations also through other channels. Nevertheless, each time you receive a booking from another agency or channel, you will have to inform us to block those dates and we will give you to avoid overbooking.
