Booking procedure and cancellation policy

Step 2. To process the booking, an online booking form will be sent to you, we will ask you to send back the complete booking form and pay the request reservation deposit via Paypal or bank transfer.

Step 3. Once we receive your complete booking form and the reservation deposit, the booking confirmation with the apartment address and check-in details will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please follow the confirmation letter instruction to check in the reserved apartment.

Step 4. Please note the reservation deposit is non-refundable. The balance payment and the refundable check-in deposit will be required to pay at the apartment reception or the office on check in.
